The Brand Mapping Workshop
We can help your organization better understand its brand, the attributes that make it unique, and how your most important audiences experience and perceive it.
This brand workshop is a hands-on, on-site session that creates alignment and clarity among workshop attendees around your company's brand, and gives you tools to communicate this clarity to others in your company.
Focused on understanding your brand and its role in driving customer engagement and competitive differentiation, the Workshop will drive immediate insights into performance gaps, providing your team with a plan to close them. Workshop outcomes and deliverables include:
- Internal Perceptions: What does your company think its brand is? Working together, we will articulate what management and staff believe to be true about your brand, and where gaps are perceived.
- Attributes: What are the attributes that make up your brand? By audience and (as appropriate) business unit or product line, we'll codify the brand attributes and drivers that define your brand.
- Positioning and Differentiation: How is your brand positioned vs. your competition? We'll map your brand against the key attributes that define major players in your market (as defined by your team or MCorp's prior research).
- Relevance: Does your brand promise what your customers actually need? We'll assess what your customers need, what they want and what's important to them—and see how well you meet those needs.
- Credibility: Is your brand capable of delivering on its promises? We'll realistically assess your brand promise in the context of the brand experience, market position, and the attributes which apply to your brand.
- Identify Brand Gaps and Opportunities for Improvement: Is your brand in alignment? Looking at external market and customer perspectives vs. staff and management, brand gaps and opportunities are usually easy to identify.
Based on MCorp Consulting's proven Brand MappingSM methodologies and conducted at your location, this hands-on, half-day workshop includes pre-workshop planning, a post-workshop team survey, and analysis of workshop data to identify brand performance gaps, as well as immediate opportunities for brand improvement ("quick wins") in the areas most important to your company.
