Sheryl Hawkes PhD, Research Director
As Research Director, Sheryl oversees MCorp's research practice, as well as data modeling and statistical analysis. In addition, she provides implementation oversight in program design, planning and analysis.
Sheryl is also responsible for ongoing improvement and validation of our statistical models, delivery methodologies and QA processes.
A quantitative marketing research specialist, Sheryl excels at translating voice of the customer (VoC) and business data into actionable insights for executive and other stakeholders making customer experience management, marketing and business strategy decisions. Her extensive education, diverse background, and unique international perspective enhance her ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively and efficiently across disciplines and cultures.
Sheryl has over fifteen years of experience analyzing and reporting data, including six years as an analyst for a marketing research consultancy. She has held several senior management, teaching and research positions in the healthcare and higher education industries, including being the founding manager of the Molecular Biology Core Facility at the Barbara Davis Diabetes Center in Denver, Colorado.
Sheryl holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin, in addition to professional certification from the Marketing Research Association and a graduate certificate in Pharmaceutical Marketing Research from the University of Georgia.
Sheryl also holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Auckland in New Zealand.
